Agreements, the extent of the contractual services change the require explicit written confirmation. Your payment can be prior to arrival by bank transfer our account to be made, or upon receipt of the bill with cash, credit card or debit card.

» Arrival and departure:

» Cancellations and early departures:
Cancellations Please notify immediately in writing. In case of confirmed bookings, we reserve the right of the room rate to charge 80% if a further rental is not possible. In case of early departure the total booked stay due for immediate payment and refund of only subleases possible. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
